Ownership & Delegation

Binds an agent to its owner and to a VC-issued mandate — with instant revocation.

Overview

What it does

Ownership & Delegation binds an agent to its owner — KYC/KYB-verified for mainnet, with its verification status and basis disclosed on sandbox and testnet — and to a VC-issued mandate that spells out exactly what it may do — scope, per-transaction and total spend caps, allowed merchants, and the resource scope that decides which systems and data it may reach at all. An agent can sub-delegate to another agent, but only by narrowing: a delegated mandate can never outlive, out-spend or out-reach its parent, and a constraint the child quietly omits is treated as widening and refused. Owners can issue mandates directly or delegate issuance, and any mandate can be revoked instantly to cut off an agent's authority.
